On April 2012, a different seminar had been organized by the Athletic Association "TIMENOS" in Argos city "Yoshukan" branch in Argos city, exact location stadium of Nea Kios district, its topic was Kobudo (traditional weapons of Okinawa), and the idea had been proposed by the instructor of Argos, Vasilis Samaras.

The interest was big not only for the students of "Yoshukan" branch but for the adult students of "Yoshukan" Athens as well, who travelled all the way in order to attend the seminar and the result was a numerous participation.

Sensei George Pelekis conducted the seminar, his teaching concentrated in two traditional weapons "Bo", for the junior students and "Nunchaku" for the seniors, teaching basic techniques and Kata.

All the students that attended the seminar showed enthusiasm and expressed their wish for a repetition of a similar event, as soon as possible.
