10th Black belts seminar in Athens – December 2019

On December 15, 2019, the 10th annual Black Belt seminar of Shitokai Greece, took place in Athens, organized by “Yoshukan” dojo of Greece. George Pelekis taught at the seminar and as always it was divided in two parts.

The first one in the morning was dedicated to teaching Shito-ryu “Tomari no Bassai” kata. Pelekis Sensei, taught the participants the traditional and the competition version of kata.

The second part, in the afternoon, was about free Bunkai. Once again, the knowledge of George Pelekis surprised the attendees as well as in every seminar he teaches. He manages to make every lesson interesting by bombarding the learners with knowledge.

Several athletes of the “Yoshukan” dojo, as well as the teacher from Rhodes island, Gerasimos Giakoumatos, participated in this event.
