Dojo pool training in Athens – June 2011

Οn June 12, 2011 a common training pool took place between “Yoshukan” Honbu dojo of Greece and its instructor George Pelekis and of “JKF Goju Kai” of Athens with instructor Dimitris Tsakatanis.

The training pool based on Kumite was hosted in the premises of “JKF Goju Kai” dojo in Agios Dimitrios district and a special team of students from both dojo attended.

The participants were content with the results and renewed their appointment on the basis of a collaboration between the two dojo instructors, and its goal is to cultivate and improve skills of athletes, since both Karate styles (Shito ryu & Goju ryu) have common aspects.
