Joint Club training in Athens – November 2017

Joint Kumite Training was held on November 19, 2017 in Galatsi district, between the clubs of the “Traditional Karate Shotokan Athletic Club”, trained by Ioannis Panousopoulos, “Yoshukan dojo” with instructor George Pelekis and the Athletic Gymnastics Association “Empedocles” with instructor Dimitris Totomis.

The joint training between the clubs was hosted by the Traditional Shotokan Karate Athletic Club and the participated athletes from the three clubs, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, gained new experiences.

All participants wished to repeat this common workout frequently.
